About
I'm Jordan Mingle. I run DevThunder out of Williamsport, Pennsylvania — one person, one inbox, and the sites I agree to look after.
Why the shop exists
Most small sites do not fail from a lack of templates. They fail because nobody is accountable after launch: the form stops arriving, the domain lapses, and the person who built it is gone. I opened DevThunder so that work has a name and a place to write.
Who this is for
Owners, shops, and small teams who want a site that is theirs. Not a mystery panel. Not a freelancer who vanishes. Not a stack you have to explain to whoever answers the phone next year.
What I take on
Three ways in, depending on how much you want to do yourself:
- Builder — design and publish on DevThunder when you want the pages in your hands.
- Hosting — yourbrand.com on our servers when you want the site looked after. Domains are sold separately. Launch bundles wrap a year of hosting.
- Care — monitoring, a request inbox, and small fixes after launch, when go-live is the midpoint.
When you want me to do the making, that is a scoped build or redesign. The numbers live on pricing.
How a project goes
You own the domain and the content. I stay accountable for keeping the site healthy. Scope is written down before launch. After go-live there is one inbox. You never log into a hosting panel.
